How
large can you print?
We can print up to 30" by almost any length on real photographic paper. What
is the turn-around time for orders? In-lab service times depend on the service ordered. Usually proofing is 24
hours and other orders are three days or less. High volume seasons will
increase service times by an extra two days. Please refer to our Professional
Services Guide for specific service times or contact us to schedule your order.Do
you do restorations and enhancements?
Yes. Damage repair, photo composites, color restoration, hand coloring and full
image retouching can all be done.
What
kind of digital output do you offer?
We offer digital output using a variety of media and techniques. We can print
your digital file to photographic paper up to 30" wide by almost any
length. We can also print your digital file on our large format,
high-resolution giclee' printer up to 44" wide by almost any length. These
large format giclee' prints can be printed on canvas or watercolor paper. We
can also produce point of purchase displays, tradeshow graphics, signage and
more. Please contact one of our customer service representatives for more
information.
What
can I do with all my old home movies on 8mm and Super8 film?
We can transfer 8mm and Super8 movie film as well as most popular videotape
formats to DVD for convenient viewing. These transfers include menu and chapter
creation for quick access. The 8mm and Super8 films are cleaned, lubricated,
and captured a single frame at a time for the most accurate digital transfer
available. We even add background music to help make your viewing experience
more enjoyable.
I
have hundreds of old slides. Can I get them converted into a digital format for
easy viewing?
Absolutely and at a very reasonable cost. We can convert your slides to a
digital format and burn them onto a DVD with menus, chapters, background music
and blended transitions between the images. If all you need are the images on a
disc we can do that too.
Do
you offer fine art reproductions?
Yes we do. The original is digitally copied and can be printed on canvas or
watercolor paper up to 44" wide. The canvas prints can be mounted to stretcher bars or we can provide you with our new Gallery Wrap service which creates a fully wrapped canvas image around the edges of our 1 1/5" thick stretchers.
Can
my pictures be posted online so my clients, friends and family can easily view
and order from them?
Yes. We use two different methods for online proofing and image sharing. For
professional photographers ImageQuix
is an excellent choice. For consumers, our LifePics system gives you
a great way to get your images to us for printing and you can use our LifePics
system for sharing as well. Our LifePics system also provides photo books,
magazine covers, greeting cards and other great photo gift products.
How
do I get my orders to you? You can walk in the front door with your film,
negatives, digital media, artwork or prints; you can ship your orders to us via
the US mail, UPS or any other shipping method you prefer; you can upload your
digital files to us using our upload utility or you can use one of our online services:
ImageQuix or LifePics.
